INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY ONLINE (Please print instructions prior to completion)
 
  1. Click "ADD"
  2. Select "QUANTITY" (number of people that will be attending each class)
  3. Click "UPDATE" make sure the quantity is correct
  4. Review Total - click "VIEW CART"
  5. Review total - Quantity and Total - click "CHECK OUT"
  6. Fill out the form completely - click "CHECK OUT"
  7. If you have a Pay Pal Account sign-in and pay using your Pay Pal Account
  8. If you do not have a Pay Pal Account click "CONTINUE"
  9. Enter your billing information and click "REVIEW ORDER & CONTINUE"
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
 
You must provide notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to the event to receive a course refund. If the cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours before the start of the event, no refunds will be issued and we will provide a course credit for the balance. The course credit expires if not used within 30 days of issuance.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM TIME OF PAYMENT
