Our goal is to ensure each client obtains the essential of purchasing a home.
The "One Day" Session includes the following topics:

- "Understanding Credit"
- "Getting a Mortgage Loan"
- "Shopping for a Home"
- "Keeping Your Home and Managing Your Finances"
The 8 hour HUD Certified class is $50.00. You can make your payment online through pay pal, the nation's most trusted secure online payment administrator. Please click HERE to pay online
Participants will receive a certificate of completion the same day you finish the 8 Hour Session. This certificate is required for participation in order to qualify for down payment and closing cost programs.
